Just to stress: anytime there is airway involvement - any shortness of breath, difficulty swallowing, stridorous breathing - this is a life-threatening allergic event & you should always seek immediate emergency care & evaluation.

ER: If this is happening now, go immediately to the ER as you're not sure how bad it's going to become. If it happened earlier and is starting to improve, stay home and take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 50 mg - it will make you sleepy but will treat the allergy.

Stop the body wash: I think you answered your own question. If you can link the symptoms to the new body wash. Easy answer is just to stop the wash. You may have an allergic sensitivity.

Up the treatment: I see in your medication list that you are taking Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) an h1 antihistamine, and were prescribed a steroid cream.  You can try an over the counter h2 antihistamine Loratadine along with the above. You may need to be switched from the steroid cream to steroids by mouth, so a followup with your doctor would be the next step. If you have lip/mouth symptoms, go to Emergency Dept.
