have these bumps around my new tattoo. not sure if bug bites or allergic reaction. some have white in them like pimples. each day there's more(5 days)?

Itchy?: If they are itchy, you may be allergic to one of the dyes or metals used in the tattoo ink. If they are not, I would suspect an infection.

Allergic reaction: If the rash began soon after starting Azithromycin it is most likely an allergic reaction and you should stop the medicine and see a doctor.

i have small itchy bumps with pus that looks like tiny whiteheads on my back, chest and face.  minor swelling.  allergic reaction to cold medicine?

Unlikely: sounds more like a folliculitis, which is inflammation or possible infection of hair follicles in the skin. As with all skin problems, need to see it, feel it and examine patient to help make diagnosis.  Best to see your doctor for evaluation. Sorry this was not more helpful.  Best of luck.  Dr R

Viral induced likely: A virus can cause hives as well as an ex anthem ( rash).  Usually this will last 2 to 4 weeks then dissipate.  Other thought would be an allergy to a medication you gave him for the cold.

my son gets diarrhea every time he eats any amount of apples, i'm inclined to think he has an intolerance, but have not heard of a reaction to just a few slices of an apple. he has seasonal allergies & chronic bumps on arms/legs look like pimples.

Intolerance: Rather than having an allergic reaction to Apple's, I believe that his intestinal tract doesn't tolerate the skin of the Apple which is insoluble. Try peeling the Apple before feeding it to him. Chronic bumps in his skin may need a dermatologist's evaluation to determine whether they're an allergic reaction to something internal or external. An allergist may also be helpful in this regard.

Difficult to say: In this limited forum it is not possible to say what you have. At 16 the most likely cause of bumps on the forehead is comedonal acne (whiteheads and blackheads). Having a dermatologist take a look will be your best bet at a better answer.  Good luck.

See a dermatologist: It is difficult to make a proper diagnosis since I am not there to see the condition. I recommend seeing a dermatologist so that they can make a proper diagnosis and give you something to get rid of the condition or relieve symptoms.

Inflammation: This sounds like an inflamed nasolacrimal duct opening.  If it is not itching or hurting, you may just give it a few days.  In the meanwhile, try warm compresses with the eyes shut for 15 minutes daily to see if this helps.  If the crusts fail to resolve in a few days or become dark yellowish or greenish, it is time to consult your doctor.

Nostril bump: Generally, pimples inside the nostrils are painful/tender, while allergic reactions are itchy.  Most likely, you have a pimple or an inflamed (+/- infected) hair follicle.  If your condition worsens, you develop additional symptoms, or it persists unchanged for 2+ weeks, you should see your doctor.  If you develop swelling elsewhere, difficulty breathing or swallowing, ... Go to the er!
