Cancer unlikely: It is very unlikely that you have throat cancer. If the symptoms do not improve in a week or so, it would be prudent to see your doctor to ascertain the cause.

Not at this age: You are highly unlikely to have throat cancer from what you described. However you are not doing your health any favor by using weed. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form.

Not throat cancer: Cancer won't announce itself like this, especially at your age. It's a relatively slow-growing ulcer or mass that is cruelly subtle in its initial presentation. Being a singer, you're already protecting yourself from most forms of throat cancer by not smoking. Best wishes.

Yes, but unlikely: It is entirely possible, especially if that person engages in unprotected oral sex with someone with hpv.  Symptoms would be along the lines of difficulty swallowing, pain with swallowing, regurgitation of undigested food, throat pain, and hoarseness. Not all of these would happen in every person, so it depends on where the cancer is located and how far it has spread.

Quit smoking: If you smoke you will be taking a risk for developing throat Cancer. If you have scare/fear of Cancer then you have to adopt a healthy lifestyle which means eat healthy and avoid dangerous chemicals like tobacco and alcohol use. Sore throat from tonsillitis will settle down by itself in 1-2 weeks.

Not enough: Unfortunately you did not include the most important part, your symptoms. Hard to comment otherwise, but other diagnoses are more likely, given your age. Would still suggest quitting smoking, since that is a predisposing factor.
