He must be stressed: Out. He needs to see a dr for a thorough exam. His symptoms are likely from physical & psychological stress which can cause fatigue and exhaustion. Suggest to him about taking a vacation to las vegas so he can watch scintillating shows including glamorous girls who are poorly or barely dressed! tell him life is short and his mind and body need to rest too, otherwise he'll rest in peace too soon!

Different issues: Headaches, and acid build up and having wind may be different issues. He may need to have a work up done if those have persisted for a while and are not going away or if other symptoms are present. For headaches, conventional Acetaminophen may be tried. Excedrine, Ibuprofen are other valid options, but should be taken with caution due to possible stomach upset. For acid reduction, pepcid, zantac (ranitidine).

Gastroenterologist: You can see your family doc or a gastroenterologist who specializes in GI symptoms.  From an natural angel, you can supplement w/probiotics.  Your intestinal flora may be out of balance and this can help.  If you eat a lot of raw fruits and vegs, this can add to gas.  Peace and good health.

In the stomach?: If there is stool or gas in the actual stomach, that is not normal... Could be something called a bezoar.  If by stomach, you mean abdomen, then it just means constipation.  In either case, ultrasound for that is not really indicated.  If it's really in stomach, from a radiology standpoint, i'd do a barium swallow or ct scan.

Sometimes its more complicated--a stomach emptying too slowly, bacterial overgrowth syndrome, delayed intestinal function, partial obstruction from any cause, infection, rectum problems, and pelvic pathology outside the gut.

Stomach gas: Multiple possibilities:  gastritis, ulcer. Gallbladder, gastroparesis.  You should probably get checked if this hurts a lot.  One thing Otc to try is a product with simethicone.
