He must be stressed: Out. He needs to see a dr for a thorough exam. His symptoms are likely from physical & psychological stress which can cause fatigue and exhaustion. Suggest to him about taking a vacation to las vegas so he can watch scintillating shows including glamorous girls who are poorly or barely dressed! tell him life is short and his mind and body need to rest too, otherwise he'll rest in peace too soon!
