Maybe hiatal hernia: Large hiatal hernias could be responsible for that sensation, although by itself does not point to a specific diagnosis. An upper GI contrast study would be a good place to start after seeing your primary care doctor first. Hope you feel better.

Abnormal: This is abnormal. You should have an exam with your primary care physician who may recommend getting an endoscopy to make sure you don't have any ulcers or any other abnormalities of your stomach lining.
