: We should not counsel you about how to cheat the system for drug test. The best way to test negative is to stop using drug. You are quite young for a bright future ahead so you have to enroll in an addiction treatment program. Good luck.

: Yes, if the urine concentration was different when test was done. For a patient with mild proteinuria (albuminuria is the correct term because dipstick test only detects albumin), if urine is diluted, e.g. specific gravity is less than 1.005, the dipstick test can be negative. The formal urinalysis method also uses the dipstick but the result is read by the machine, not your naked eyes. Take care.

: A negative urine cytology is strong evidence against urinary tract malignancy. If your urine contains red blood cells, I'd also like to see a negative ultrasound of kidneys&amp; urinary bladder to exclude other growths and stones.

: Urine microalbumin/creatinine of 62 is called microalbuminuria which can be detected with urine dipstick test when the urine is not too diluted. You definitely have microalbuminuria, no need for recheck. You should let us know your medical history and what medication you take. With eGFR of 62 and the presence of microalbuminuria, you are classified as CKD stage 2.

Uti: When both leucoyte and nitrites are positive then it is strongly indicative of uti. If only leucocyte is positive and nitrite negative, it can still be uti, but with organisms who doesnt convert to nitrite, low urine ph or early phase of uti. Vice versa also indicates UTI and if alone nitrite is pos  it is still a strong predictor of uti. In all circumstances clinical signs and symptoms are imp.

No.: Home pregnancy test is not sensitive enough to detect early pregnancy. A blood test called HCG will do it.
