The : The cornea should heal completely in several days.  The retinal wrinkles may represent chronic cystoid edema. Possible preretinal membrane.  Often an intraocular injection of steroid is needed.   See a university based retinal specialist.

Steriod: Steroid and NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs/drops) reduce and help the swelling resolve.  The biggest variable is time though.

Good result: Your vision seems quite good, especially since you also had a retinal reattachment procedure. You may have a slight refractive error that glasses can be prescribed for. I'm not aware of the status of your retina, but sometimes your vision may have some after affects from your previous retinal detachment, like an epiretinal membrane causing some distortion. I think your iol is the correct power.

Very low : Depending on risk factors (history of rd, retinal holes, myopia, previous trauma, etc), the risk of rd in an uncomplicated cataract surgery is very low less than 1%.

Healing after cat Sg: Typically 2 to 3 weeks
surgery in the other eye can be done as early as 3 days after the first one.
There has been recent efforts to consider, bilateral cataract surgery in one setting.
What precluded this in the past is the remote possibility of an infection in one eye, that could conceivably affect both eyes.

Astigmatism: Astigmatism is basically due to an irregularity in the curvature of the cornea or lens.  If the lens has been removed during cataract surgery you can still get astigmatism from the cornea.

Glasses: Depending on your residual refraction, you may benefit from glasses - either single vision or progressives for certain activities.
