Acetaminophen: You may take about 1.0 gm acetaminophen every six hours. Do not exceed 4.0 gm in one day. Do not take alcohol. Consult your dentist, but on the first day after surgery apply cold packs to the area, including ice cubes in the mouth.

Toothache: Yes you may use tylenol and ibuprofen together. MAke sure you eat something or at least take over the counter prilosec. Drink plenty of water.

i have tooth pain and was prescribed tylenol #3 for the pain. i am also prescribed 10mg valium. is it safe for me to take a valium now and then a tylenol #3 about 4 hours later before bed?

BC Powder: BC Powder is aspirin &amp; caffein, and should not alter your cycle.  An infection can, however, and toothache often means a tooth abscess, a serious infection.  Pain killers can"t cure an abscess.  2 suggestions.  1) Call Dentist IMMEDIATLY before infection spreads even further, and 2) Call your OBGyn and report your missed period.

Meds: Yes, Tylenol with codeine usually can be taken every 6 hours. Obviously you might want to alternate with 600 mg of ibuprofen because Tylenol with codeine does not have any anti inflammatory properties. Hope that helps!

Well: First of all be cautious with the taking of ibuprofen or Tylenol. There are two good remedies. Use a tea bag. Wet and bite down on it placing it over the bad tooth or you can crush an aspirin  and use a piece of damp gauze to pick up the crushed aspirin and place directly on the bad tooth and bite down on the gauze. Both work well but you ultimately need to find  a dentist

i had all teeth pulled and dentures put in monday...i hurt , i can't eat, when i take teeth to rinse my guns feel raw..i've been using ice packs and taking tylenol and advil. when will everything heal??? i've lost 10 lbs.

Transitioning: I can certainly understand your discomfort and difficulty transitioning from a natural dentition to a prosthesis. It will take a couple of weeks for your gingiva to heal. After that, your dentist can evaluate the fit of your prosthesis and adjustments can be made.

i am on day 8 of covid. the worst symptoms have been nasal congestion and bad sinus pain (my teeth hurt and low forehead hurts to touch). even with tylenol and advil. how concerning is this? do i wait a few more days before call dr for antibiotics?

: Antibiotics do not help cure covid. The antiviral Paxlovid must be started in the first 5 days to yield benefit. If you are not hospitalized with low oxygen levels by now it is likely this will pass in time.

Help for pain: How long ago were the teeth taken out? Unfortunately this type of situation cannot be properly answered over the internet. It requires a more intensive medical and dental history and one on one clinical examinations. It is best to discuss with the doctors who saw and treated you. For the tooth pain, perhaps it's a dry socket. For ear pain- see Neurologist and/or TMJ specialist? Get some referrals.
