: Cancer can manifest in a variety of ways. Often folks have no symptoms in the early stages. But given your age, you are probably jumping to erroneous conclusions. Cancer is less common than other benign causes of lumps in the skin. Some more history is needed to better serve you. I would get seen in person for an evaluation.

: HPV testing only tests for only HPV infection which is implicated in the long run in causing ca of cervix.

dad, 85,treated for glaucoma for 20 ys. eye pre. well controlled with drops. as father's glaucoma is advanced,his glaucoma specialist told me oct & field test are not reliable after 85,only eye pressure monitoring is needed. change dr or 2nd opinion?

: I would doubt there are many glaucoma specialists on this forum. I am not sure why you are doubting the specialist in this scenario, but if you are uncomfortable, then get a second opinion with another eye specialist.

could a pap smear go from normal to advanced cervical cancer in a year and four months? last year my pap was normal before in 2019 i had mild changes to the cells. now i have irregular bleeding 3 times this month and pelvic cramps 25 years old?

: It is very highly unlikely so don't panic.  there can be many other reasons for your symptoms. Pl. see your Gyn  she ?he will find and fix your problem.  I think you will be OK

Soy troubles: Constipation can be a common occurrence with soy formulas.  You may want to discuss alternatives with the pediatrician, but in the meantime infant glycerin suppositories may help.  Infants over 6 months of age can be supplemented with juice such as pear or prune.  It takes about two weeks for the lining of the bowels to re-adapt to a new formula, so frequent formula changes is not recommended.

Complications: See your physicians to learn about the complications of poorly controlled diabetes.  The more you know, the more ( hopefully) you will try to change.  Diabetes is the number one cause for blindness, being on dialysis and amputations.  No one wants to go through life on crutches, being on dialysis and blind.

Vegan: If you do not follow a vegan diet properly it can be dangerous.  Lacto-vegetarian is safer if for some reason you don't want to consume meat.  Some do this for ethical/no kill reasons.  A visit to a licensed nutritionist is best because "one size does not fit all."  Peace and good health.

Occasionally: Sodium levels in the 120 range are abnormal and can be caused by losing sodium or retaining too much water or by certain glandular abnormalities like Addison's disease or inappropriate ADH (vasopressin) secretion. Your hyponatremia can be corrected by reducing fluid intake, receiving sodium chloride or taking cortisone. An endocrinologist is best qualified to answer this question,however.
