: There is currently no data on the safety of the Covid Vaccine in a patient with ADEM. In general, patients with autoimmune disorders should take the vaccine only when not in a flareup period. Talk to your Neurologist for their evaluation of your risk (which is dependent on your specific history). Remember that your risk of complications with the disease is likely much higher than with the vaccine.

: Your description of MRI findings is not bothersome, as these nonspecific T2 lesions can be seen with smoking, prior head injury, aging, and migraine besides some of the  conditions you have listed.  Such images require clinical correlation, so, meet with your doctor and discuss the significance.  Whether you "should...worry" is not confirmed by the films!

Seems coincidental: Rabipur is a Purified Chick Embryo Cell Vaccine
(PCECV), not known to CAUSE neurological side effects. A rare patient can get neurological problems after getting a vaccine... but that's coincidental unless the rate of neurological problems occurs more often in vaccine recipients than in non-recipients. For example, if a child dies in a car wreck after getting a vaccine, we don't blame the vaccine.
