Cinnamon is safe: And can be used to help the conditions you mention plus help balance blood sugar.  You can get cinnamon capsules in the health food store.  Make sure you talk w/your doc, especially if diabetic because the cinnamon can change the dose of medicine you need.  Peace and good health.

Yes - but I would: not count on the Cinnamon to do much heavy lifting regarding weight loss. Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar &amp; junk carbohydrates.  Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda &amp; caffeinated beverages.  Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must &gt;

Watch out for sugars: Only if the drink makes you want to exercise harder, longer, or more frequently will the drink accelerate fat loss. Otherwise, it's just another drink. One should be sure not to eat or drink back the calories lost through exercise.
