Yes, but ...: Why ???  Vyvanse and Adderall are both for treatment of attention deficit disorder. Vyvanse comes in several different dose amounts and has different absorption and metabolic characteristics than Adderall. They are not mg to mg equivalent. Speak to your doc about when switching your meds.

: Should be OK.  One caveat will be avoiding drinking coffee at late afternoon or evening, which might affect your seep.

Yea: No problems. Grapefruit effects the cytochrome p 450 3a4 isozyme in the liver that metabolizes drugs. Lexapro (escitalopram) and Adderall xr are metabolized predominantly by the cyp2d6 enzyme system, so there should be no problem.

Caffeine: Some are anxiety, addiction, increased blood pressure, reduced control of fine motor movements & stimulation of urination (also refer to diagram).

Yes: It is recommended to limit the amount of daily caffeine intake to 200 mg, or, the rough equivalent to a 10 ounce cup of coffee.

No: No, but caffeine can contribute to dehydration (temporary fluid-related weight loss) and anxiety.
