Different: I assume were talking about opioids. If that person is been accustomed to the high dose, you may see very little in the way they act. Especially if they are only taking opioids. If they were having side effects though, you would expect to see sedation, clumsiness, lack of interest, long periods of just staring. Very tiny pupils, dry mouth and sweating are also common.

Zanaflex (tizanidine): if you have been on high doses of this medication abrupt withdrawal may cause side effects. You need to taper off of the medication. I suggest you return to your prescribing physician and describe what symptoms you are having. Work with him/her to mitigate the symptoms you are having as you reduce and eventually stop this medication.

I : I would follow up with your dermatologist to discuss other options if you don't see improvement (it can take 4 to 8 weeks for improvement).  There are other antibiotics and oral and topical medications that can help (depends on the type, location, severity of acne which might be most appropriate for you).
