Aconitum: Although aconitum napellus  was used to protect people from being attacked by werewolves in days gone by, that is not how it is used in homeopathy.  Aconitum tincture can slow heart rate & has been used for nervous conditions. I will ask our healthap homeopath, dr. Pappas to comment on this.

Aconitum napellus: This is a homeopathic remedy known to help people who are terrified that they're going to die or who fear they're dying -- panic states with palpitations, flushing, shortness of breath, etc.  Panic attacks may wake them within a couple of hours of falling asleep.  They are very restless.  Acutely, it can also help people who have wounds of foreign bodies in the eyes (on the way to er).

Are no guarantees: Truly homeopathic "medications" are made by repeated dilutions, so that the ingredient is not really there anymore (just the "essence" of it remains). That means there should be no active ingredient left to affect one's body. However, that also implies that the homeopathic "medicine" should be pretty harmless, UNLESS some other non-homeopathic ingredient (such as some other chemical) was added.

i'm a 30 y/o man.  i've been on lexapro10mg for 1 month (for anxiety disorder). while taking this drug, is there any problem if i want to have a baby?

No problem: Lexapro (escitalopram) has no known effect on mail fertility, however may reduce libido, sexual performance in some  people.

Typically stable: Meningiomas are typically very slowly growing benign tumors.  While uncommon symptomatically, some studies show up to 2-3% of the population may have meningiomas but do not know it.  In general, there have been no specific associations made with stress.  There are genetic disorders that do have meningiomas as part of the syndrome (eg neurofibromatosis, which may be associated with multiple ones).

You may also have had a preexisting anxiety condition that has broken through with tolerance to the opioid med. You may try other tx like cognitive behavioral therapy, exercise, stretch or manual tx: chiropractic care. Check w/ your Dr. about the symptoms.

Entrenched anxiety may require meds.
