PRP: While not unreasonable to try, there is very little support in the literature that this will provide much benefit. If you have a high grade tear, chances are that this will progress to a complete tear if you remain very active. Strengthening your thigh muscles ; adding some additional protection with a brace may be of some benefit.

You may avoid surgery though with a partial tear.

Acl tears bleed: Anterior cruciate ligaments tears generally  cause a significant  hemarthrosis( blood in joint) when acutely torn.This is from the tear itself and associated  injuries.. Because the ligament is intraarticular it has poor helping potential when the blood supply is disrupted, unlike the medial collateral ligament ( mcl ). Partial ( one bundle) tears have poor healing potential for same reason

ACL tear: For a partial tear, you would require physical therapy and time may heal the ligament.  If you don't take the time or care to rest you may create a full tear.

You need to be seen: You need to be seen to determine whether the knee is unstable. If unstable, you need to have a discussion with your doctor as to whether or not surgery may be needed.
