Yes, but: It is just as likely, or more, that the tooth has caused the other distress. See your dentist if this has happened before or if it continues past a normal 'migraine' for you. Migraines are a very specific thing and don't usually impact teeth or jaw. Rather the temple(s) are most common. Have a dental exam. Best!

Absolutely: No question about it, sub-clinical abscess may not have any symptoms. People often believe the need to be in pain to indicate they have a serious medical/dental condition. Periodontal disease may not have any outward symptoms. High blood pressure and diabetes may not have symptoms, bu you can die from either. Many cancers have no symptoms until you have less than a few weeks to live.

OTC Pain Meds: You can take OTC pain meds, which may help a very little bit for a short time. Now make the visit to the oral surgeon the most important thing for you to do, and do it. The pain will soon become unbearable.

Emergency: You are describing symptoms of a virulent infection that is becoming wide spread.  You must see Dentist immediately.  Do not wait.

Possible abscess: Could be a dental (tooth) abscess that has spread into palate/throat area. Asap: seek consult from your dentist any time you have swelling or pain that accompanies a tooth ache--especially if the pain is distant or disrupts swallowing or breathing.

Yes and no: Chronic bruxism can make your teeth sore from the constant pressures exerted, but will not cause a sore throat.  See your dentist for the bruxism and a physician for the sore throat.

Abscess: Sounds like abscessed tooth with spreading infection.  Get help immediately before infection spreads any farther.  Call Dentist, Endodontist, oral Surgeon, or go to ER with Dental Department.  The longer you wait, the harder to treat.

Not necessarily: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, Elevated CRP in someone with infection is an expected finding. You may wish to repeat the test about 6 weeks after you have recovered from the infection. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
