i developed a very sharp pain in outer area of right leg a week ago; now it is a constant ache but still have the sharp pain hit every so often, did blood work and potassium level is 4.5. no cramps but tinkling and numbness in right side of foot?

Nerves: The nerves that come from your uterus into your spine also come from your legs and back. It is called referred pain and is  reflection of how your nervous system is wired. Use motrin or better start birth control pill patch or ring and menstrual symptoms will decrease substantially.

i have symptoms during exercise in my arms and legs of very bad cramping, ache , heaviness, fatigue and shortness of breath. is it possible that blood isnt getting to my muscles fast enough during exercise and thats causing symptoms?

: Muscle cramping and "achyness" can result from COVID-19 or other viral conditions.  Suggest getting tested for COVID even if already fully vaccinated.  See your internist for an exam and testing if this continues.

It : It sounds like you may have a herniated disc in your lumbar spine pinching nerves.  If you have weakness or bowel/bladder problems, you should be evaluated by a spine surgeon soon.  The pain and numbness may resolve on their own, but some people require an operation to remove the disc fragment and decompress the nerves.

what causes tight/crampy feeling in back of legs, mostly after excess standing? no noticeable swelling. slight ache in knees also.

Calf pain: Likely muscle soreness or strain. Try stretching leg intermittently.  Do you keep your self enough hydrated?
