Go to Emergency.: You need to go to ED. you are describing a chest pain with musculoskeletal or pleuratic features. Given the combo of left leg pain with this Chest pain I'm worried that is a clot. It could be a coincident to have both but i think this could be serious and you need to go to the ED. Especially if you have leg swelling or redness or you smoke or obese or takes contraceptive or have family hx of clot.

Radiculitis: Your spine may be the culprit! A Disc problem at level Lumbar vertebra # 5 Sacral 5 can be the reason for the pain in the distribution you describe. See your Primary Care Physician for an exam and perhaps a Lumbar MRI

got my period 2 days ago and yesterday  started having aching constant pain in my left leg.  sitting, standing or walking. no swelling. any ideas?

Leg pain: Leg pain is best evaluated by a primary care doctor. Muscles, tendons, ligaments and  joints are a few of the many many possible causes. It is not likely to be related to having a menstrual cycle. If you are in severe pain then prompt evaluation for blood clots (DVT) is needed.

Where is the bump?: And tiny means a whole lot os things.  Knee pain is often from arthritis or effusion or inflammation.  It could be a tear inside your knee.  It could be a stress fracture.  A lump can be a mass.  I think with all these findings a visit to your doctor would help clarify things.  You can be examined and you can have an xray or MRI for further eval.

Sciatica shows up: Going from butt, to ankle and has a funny feeling of being 'stretched' but uncomfortable. Best if you can be seen by an osteopathic physician for evaluation, and treatment of your musculoskeletal system to determine the cause ; reduce pain. Your entire spine, hip, sacrum, pelvis, and extremities (arms/legs) will be evaluated, gait analysis too if it is sciatica, it can be easily treated.

Pain in calf: that makes it difficult to walk is definitely something you want to have looked at by your provider! The rash may or may not be related.  Deep vein thrombosis sometimes present with pain in the calf region as well as swelling, warmth and redness. Get it physically looked at for a definitive diagnosis!

If pain w/breathing, though, chest/upper back/arm pain-likely due to rib/thoracic vertebra dysf.Low back pain &amp; leg pain can be due to other structural problems like vertebral dysf., pelvic malalignment, piriformis synd. Likely all connected.A visit to a good UK osteopath for hands-on diagnosis &amp; manipulative treatment could help.

May be a cyst: You may have a popliteal cyst. These aren't generally dangerous. They can be detected on US, if the discomfort is very painful, I'd go in and have a physician's exam.

Disk degeneration?: Possible degenerative lower disk disease see your doc - esp. If any bowel or bladder incontinence or foot drop. Also try lying flat on your back on carpet without a pillow and bend knees for 4 hours - may resolve problem.
