Dehydration/Flu: Please go to your doc. You may have the flu and if you keep loosing fluid you can get dehydrated.  There may be an easy fix so please follow up.

COVID 19:  There are some cases in which COVID 19 primarily presents with GI symptoms. Your symptoms could be due to COVID 19, other viruses or bacterial infection. Testing is the only way to know for sure.

Covid 19: You should be tested for Covid. Begin self-isolation and quarantine from others. Use a mask if you go out for the test and remain at least 6 feet from others. Use Acetaminophen for fever/pain, drink lots of fluids, and rest. Seek Medical attention if you develop difficulty breathing, persistent chest pains, blue tinged lips or face or new onset confusion/lethargy.

However, if you are going to be interacting with sick people might be best to get tested.
