Have U seen ENT: By this point i would wonder if the medication is getting into the area it needs to fix the problem. An ENT will have specialized equipment to gently remove debris from an ear canal & potentially insert a wick if needed.

It may: Acetic acid is probably helpful for itchy ear canals but is more appropriately used as a first drug for otitis externa or infection of the ear canal skin.  My recommendation for itchy ears, which usually indicates dryness and if you are a Q tip user, please stop forever, is MINERAL OIL.  This medication lubricates the skin of the canal and I have had few complaints after patients use it.

Ear Pain: Severe pain and the sounds you are hearing may be related to fluid or infection in your middle ear.  There may be bruising to your eardrum. Have your ear rechecked. You may need other medicine. You can help your middle ear to breath but blowing up your cheeks, mouth closed and swallowing. All the best. Hope the pain goes away.

Fungal infection: It could be a fungal infection  or a resistant bacteria (which is less likely -ciprodex  is concentrated enough to take care most bacteria). I would ask your ENT about the those possibilities.

having recurrent fungal ear infections since 2/2021. i go to the ent every time. given acetic drops/ ofloxacin/antibios each time. now i have chronic sinusitis, is this the cause? can recurrent infections cause complications like meningitis? scared.?

: I've never seen it, but chronic untreated sinusitis can cause meningitis. You should be in good hands as you're being treated and followed by an ENT specialist. However I recommend having a complete medical examination including appropriate lab work because of your recurrent fungal infections and chronic sinusitis.

Yes, however...: I think you mean you were prescribed kenacomb 4 weeks ago which worked?Hopefully you have not been using them constantly for 4 weeks. You could get a prescription, however, in many cases this will settle with   Vosol drops (acetic acid) which you can buy without a prescription. 4 x daily for 1 week. It is important to keep your ear(s) dry [cotton wool for shower + hair dryer after, no swimming]

i was given an antibiotic plus an ear drop, well i put the drops in and it's been about 2 hrs and i have this horrible clogged feeling ?

Fluid in ear: The drops are blocking the ear canal.  Expect eventual absorption.  If the ears were not cleaned in the office, there may some trapping caused by ear wax.  If uncomfortable, can try turning and shaking head to see if fluid exits.

None: There are drops to soften wax inn the ear, but nothing to stop tinnitus or ringing in the ears.
