Call your doc: Could be viral, bacterial, other.  History of travel, unsavory food intake, bleeding, sick contacts, other meds or medical conditions, antibiotic use in the last 2-3 months.  Large volume or small volume diarrhea? Could even be inflammatory stuff like diverticulitis, appendicitis, etc.
Risk dehydration, even with oral rehydration fluid like pedialyte (otc)
call your doc.

Arm pit pain: It could be bursitis, tendinitis or neuritis or lymphadenitis. It is either inflammation or non-specific infection. You need physical exam and treatment. Consult your physician for proper antiinflammatory and pain medication. It is not cardiac pain.

Concerning: Your symptoms are highly concerning. I recommend visiting the Emergency Room if they are persisting.

Meds: No issue if taken together, work on pain in different ways, the hydrocodone is a narcotic, Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a non narcotic pain reliever and Celebrex is a COX 2 inhibitor or anti inflammatory.  Hydrocodone can make people nauseated and tired, the other two have minimal side effects that you would feel, Celebrex could cause some swelling.

Aleve (naproxen) : Yes. Make sure you are taking the appropriate dose at the right intervals.

It depends: It is really best to answer your question by a formal consultation with a pain specialist assuming you are a candidate for opioid medication. While there is a conversion table for common opioid. Each patient is different.

OK: You are making your own "Excedrin" (some others add caffeine to the acetaminophen as well). This provides another mechanism to help reduce headaches, and is fine. If your headache improves with just coffee, it may be at least partially from caffeine withdrawal. Just don't overdo the caffeine or the Tylenol (3 grams/day for chronic use recommended max.).

i have been taking oxy 10-325's 6 per day for years, and now i am coming off them. my dr. has me on tylenol (acetaminophen) with codeine. how long b-4 i am over oxy ?

Oxycodone: if you were developing a relationship with them ( addiction) it may take the same amount of years you were using them, if that's the case you may want to inquire about suboxone , if you are asking about the withdraw effect you may not experience any on the tylenol (acetaminophen) + codeine but if you do it will last a day or two most likely

my son got ahold of my acetaminophen and its 500 mg. i only seen him with one of the pills and looked like most of it was spit out. will he be okay or do i need to worry?

: This is not about worrying to solve a situation. You should not keep medication in bottles that could be easily opened is why they have child proof bottles, how could he have opened the bottle. If you are not certain of how much he may have taken then get your son evaluated. If it is one pills with most spit out that is a different scenario. Precaution is more important then regrets.
