Common over-the-counter medications like Tylenol are not typically a concern.

if you go to above web address, there is an in-depth chart of all medications with any effect on serotonin. That being said, hydrocodone does not strongly affect your serotonergic system but with use of other medications this can be enhanced. Please discuss with your physician if your having any serotonin syndrome like symptoms.

Hydrocodone 20 hrs: In general, 97% of a 10mg dose of hydrocodone would be eliminated after 20 hours.  In addition, 97% of 325mg of acetaminophen would be eliminated after 15 hours.  This applies to a healthy person with normal kidney and liver function.  Each urine drug test has a different lower limit of detection.  Some detect drug metabolites of the hydrocodone, such as hydromorphone which lasts 2-4 days.

See her doctor: It is early for flu but it could be the cause of her fever.  Children, however, are notorious for having complicationsof flu such as secondary bacterial infections.  Did you have a positive flu test?  Has she been seen by her doctor? If either answer is no, please have her checked out.
