I have a urinalysis tomorrow at 2:30 but my house is sick and im slightly catching it if i take some dayquil right now at 9:41a.m will it show in my system as acetaminophen?

Acetaminophen is not a substance of abuse and is not tested for in urine. It is other things in DayQuil that may be of concern. It would be better to not take any medications prior to the test. Wish you good health!
