How long does hydrocodone/acetaminophen 7.5/3.25 stay in your system. been off for 4 days. have to take a urine test.

Hydrocodone 20 hrs: In general, 97% of a 10mg dose of hydrocodone would be eliminated after 20 hours. In addition, 97% of 325mg of acetaminophen would be eliminated after 15 hours. This applies to a healthy person with normal kidney and liver function. Each urine drug test has a different lower limit of detection. Some detect drug metabolites of the hydrocodone, such as hydromorphone which lasts 2-4 days.
