Irreg bleeding: Occasional acyclic spotting or bleeding is enoquious. If persistant or less than 21 days apart needs to be assessed by gynecologist. Hormone imballance, ovulation dysfunction,  polyps cervicitis or infection could be the cause

Endometrium: If the ultrasound exam truly measured the lining of the uterus to be "16 mm", in a case where enlargement of the uterus is already established, a biopsy of the lining is indicated.  You have not mentioned your age, but this kind of actual endometrial thickening needs attention.

Depends: In studies of adults with TS about 1/4  had a normal sized &amp; shaped uterus, 1/3 has a cylindrical immature uterus and the rest fell somewhere in between. All had been on external hormone replacement therapy at the time of study starting at various ages. It is assumed that without hormonal replacement therapy it would remain immature.(cylindrical).

Uterus: Anteverted and retroverted uterus is not about the shape of the uterus, it is about the position of it. Possibly the pregnancies stretched the ligaments supporting it and it's changed its position. Both positions are well within the normal range, though.

Pregnancy signs: Sharp shooting pains in the uterus can definitely be a sign of pregnancy.  Coupled with missed period, fatigue, urinary frequency, breast tenderness, or nausea can increase that likelihood.

Vaginal bleeding: This can be the result of conditions anywhere in the female genital tract, most commonly in the uterus, and the part of the uterus extending into the vagina (cervix). : I would assume you had a hysterosalpingography done. The test reveals 1- the deformed irregular margin, i.e. an abnormal uterine shape and 2- the contrast use for the test was seen in the abdominal cavity and it means the tubes are patent.

: The oncologist usually decides of the imaging tests needed in order to stage it properly. You have to make sure you report properly your symptoms.
