Yes : Particularly if you have any kind if conduction abnormality on an ECG. abnormal septal motion in itself is nothing to be concerned about.

Weak spot: It means the area of the heart muscle is not moving in a correct manner.  The most common reason is because the area has been damaged like from a heart attack.  However some people have structural heart problems that can cause the area to not move right.

Several things: It can mean that the pressures in the heart are abnormal(volume overload), abnormal conduction(like bundle branch blocks) of the heart muscle, abnormal muscle development/function in the heart(like to much muscle so called hypertrophy), and valve replacement are just some of the reason for abnormal septal motion.  Hope this is a reasonable start for you.

Check EKG: It could be from a left bundle branch block or pulmonary hypertension as well as AV septal defects and cardiomyopathy. If you are otherwise healthy, it may be wise to repeat the echo every 2-3 years, sooner if symptoms arise (i.e. short of breath or excessive fatigue).

Septal wall?: I recommend Asking heart doctor if the septal wall is thickened. This would be main concern which can cause Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy.

No: Abnormal septal motion is not, in itself, assoc with arrhythmias but the underlying cause may be. From an earlier post, I know we were speculating what the cause of yours is? Regardless, we need more good cardiologists! Please continue to pursue it - it's a great profession!

PAH*, ASD: PAH has to be ruled out. Also, ASD. Some ASD's may be overlooked as the echo findings are challenging. Specifically sinus venosus and unroofed coronary sinus. Finally, it could be ARVC, but that is seen less on echo.

I would order a TEE and/or cardiac MRI. If they are negative, a right heart cath can measure the pressure on the right side of your heart.

*PAH -- pulmonary arterial hypertension

Several things: Pulmonary hypertension in a young woman. Previous anteroseptal myocardial infarction in an older person. LBBB (left bundle branch block) if present, would account for both. Previous heart surgery could do this. A perfusion nuclear study would help to clarify this.
