: It's difficult to give you a correct advice with this limited info. In general, a young healthy teenager should have a normal EKG.
 and it should be read as: normal sinus rhythm, normal 12 lead EKG.

what does repolarization mean for an ecg reading?

Electrical-recharge: The automatic pace maker on the top of your heart generate tiny amout of electricity which travels down the heart and trigger it to contract/beat. This electrical current comes from the influx/outflux of calcium/potassium etc..So, when it is "polarized" the heart pumps. In order for it to pump again, it must relax and repolarization is basically a recharge. Hope that makes sense. Have fun learning.

May be Normal for U: A short PR interval may be normal or represent an electrical bypass tract from the atrium to the ventricle. In the absence of symptoms or recurrent tachycardia it is probably normal for you. Similarly early repolarization is frequently seen in young males. The combination is not specific to anything of concern. Again, in the absence of recurrent tachycardia or symptoms this is probably normal.

EKG: Consider ischemia which is not enough blood getting to heart because of blocked arteries or an aortic stenosis or old heart attack. Would be good to know how old you are and what other problems you have to give better answer. Happy to do 2nd opinion now.

Atrial repolarizatio: You can see this on some ecgs but not on most. It is seen when present after the P wave and before the onset of the QRS

Two different parts: The PR interval is a measurement of time it takes for the electricity to travel from the top of the heart, to the bottom.  A short PR interval means it the electricity travels quicker than expected.  Early repolarization means the heart muscle begins recovering quickly after the electricity has traveled through.

Answer: 5-10% of the population have early repolarization (ER) on EKG, the vast majority of whom never have symptoms.  However, there have been shown to be certain patterns on the EKG that predict higher risk for VT and VF.  And other predictors for VT and VF need to be checked for.  Would see a cardiologist and obtain copy of EKG from medical records of the facility prior to appointment.

: Time to see your doc for getting clearance. He or she may be able to connect you with a cardiologist in case changes seen are worrisome and need to be addressed promptly. Lastly anxiety will have to be addressed as well as it may interfere with daily activities regardless of conclusions regarding your heart.
