just noticed irregular/scalloped bumps on back of tongue on sides - one side worse than other-they don't hurt or bleed - what could this be?  worried

Sleep apnea: Tongue scalloping (marks of teeth on the borders) is a useful clinical indicator of sleep pathology and its presence should prompt the physician to inquire about snoring history and polysomnography test-sleep study. Clenching your teeth also a cause for the tongue scalloping.

i have white colored moderate sized bumps on both sides of my tongue that i cant seem to get rid of they are irregular shaped and painless any ideas?

Hard to know: Need to view/examine to offer educated opinion.  Would also help to know more about your medical history (medications, illnesses, tobacco use, etc). Painless patch or nodule for a 26yo may be hairy tongue, geographic tongue, leukoplakia, lipoma, viral papilloma, or cancer. Oral surgeon or dentist performs biopsy if lesion has concerning features on exam.

do my symptoms sound like herpes ? it all started with 2 bumps on my tongue sometimes white or clear yellow, now im having abnormal vaginal discharge and slight itching inside and outside vagina here and there, does this sound like mild hsv ?

Hard to guess: Many women have vaginal discharge, but some types of discharge are not normal. A woman may see normal changes in discharge before or after her period. Changes in discharge that may be an infection: a bad odor; vaginal itching or swelling; a green, yellow, or gray colored discharge; discharge looking foamy or like cottage cheese, etc. A doctor can check, if symptoms persist, recur or are worrisome.

i have irregular sized bumps (5 or 6) on the back of my tongue, that are pinkish & 1 is as long as about an inch, 1 is very small. i also have a sore throat & allergies. should i be concerned(cancer)?

Not too concerned: I expect they are just your lingual tonsils or circumvallate papillae (taste buds).  This can occur for many reasons, including allergies.  If they remain enlarged particularly if you are a smoker or chew tobacco or drink excessively you should have a medical provider examine you.

No: I would guess he had the most contact in his mouth area. Continued contact could result in the rash spreading...

Be seen! : Rapid weight loss and irregular heartbeat are both very concerning! please see your primary md asap! likely he/she will start with laboratory eval and cardiac work up.

Many Possibilities: They could be swollen taste buds, blisters, cancer, trauma from biting your tongue, cysts ... The point being there are many possibilities.  The only real answer will come when you visit your dentist and get them examined.
