Could be: See doc; get tested. Start with history, physical exam, and screening blood tests re: celiac sprue. May need endoscopic biopsy to confirm the diagnosis. Hla (genetic) testing can  help exclude the diagnosis in questionable cases. Symptoms may be caused by other conditions as well.

Diet and exercise.: I am just talking generally: increase fiber in your diet and cut down on the starch. Eat more of fruits like banana, apple and oranges drink plenty of water and exercise. The most effective exercise is a push up but you could go about your chores or go for a long walk.

A few things: For constipation, i suggest two regimens: for acute treatment you can try magnesium oxide or milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) (over the counter). For chronic treatment, higher fiber sources (psyllium husk, flax seed or chia seed powder, konjac starch) & green/leafy vegetables help. Drink plenty of water & adequate amount of probiotics (yogurt or the capsules) to avoid bloating. For treatment of bloating, try gasx.
