See a doctor: There is not enough information to be able to guide you. You really should see a doctor asap. If this pain is new and severe, go to an er if you cannot get in to see your doctor.

Several things: At 47 you are in the perimenopause and skipping periods is common. It may well be that the skipped periods aren't related to your backache , bloating,and pelvic cramping. A normal colonoscopy doesn't rule out irritable bowel syndrome which can cause these symptoms. Talk to your PCP, GYN, or the doctor who did your colonoscopy about this.

Menopause: I do not expect you to be menopausal at this age unless you had surgical removal of the ovaries. All your symptoms could be from other causes. Dealing with pain may make you tired, depressed and anxious. Have a physical find the reason for the back pain and abdominal bloating. You could be helped with medications

See a GI doctor: Could be one of a dozen or more things,  but irritable bowel syndrome would be high on the list. Might be giardiasis, and so on and so on. See a doctor and be diagnosed.

i have problems with excessive abdominal bloating and stomach cramps from eating. any meal larger than a small snack causes by stomach to bloat painfully. as a result, i can't eat much, and am always hungry. is there any supplement i could take?

Bloating: Gas buildup is seen in lactose and gluten intolerance. Try to pinpoint which foods cause severe bloating so you can avoid them. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after a meal helps prevent gas buildup. Drinking hot( not too hot) water or tea helps break down gaseous bloating.

i have been experiencing this condition for some months now. abdominal fullness, bloating, burping, cramp and diarrhea. and comes mostly early morning at times with a feeling of nausea and vomiting. really very irritable. could it be ibs or gas?

Yes, however: The duration of your symptoms ( few months) suggests alternate diagnoses as more likely and having workup for your symptoms would be recommended. Best would be to start with your primary care doc for an exam. Keep a log of your symptoms, type of food, weight changes. IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion and a variety of other conditions will have to be ruled out first.

Doctor can evaluate: Abdominal pain can be from many things. Stomach acid problems cause pain, as does pancreatitis or gallstones. Appendicitis is always a concern (pain is usually right lower abdomen, worsens over time, with fever coming on). If constipated for a while, stool could have backed up and cause pain. Gastrointestinal infections can cause pain, nausea, vomiting, and fever. A doctor's exam is needed.

Dysmenorrhea: Consider omega- 3 fatty acids or magnesium through diet with dr ok. Sipping chamomile & green tea can dissipate pain. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol & salt. Warm bath, heating pad & acupuncture are excellent for dysmenorrhea. Get gyn eval – check magnesium & iodine levels & to rule out underlying pathology.
