Dysmenorrhea: Consider omega- 3 fatty acids or magnesium through diet with dr ok. Sipping chamomile & green tea can dissipate pain. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol & salt. Warm bath, heating pad & acupuncture are excellent for dysmenorrhea. Get gyn eval – check magnesium & iodine levels & to rule out underlying pathology.
