Many possibilities: Without a full history and exam the possibilities are vaguely defined. It could be related to the colon, the spleen, or even the lowermost area of the lung coverings i.e. Pleursy. If it relates to deep breathing, pleursy may be the case however still organs like kidney and spleen move some with deep breathing. Make sure there is no constipation.

i have very painful lowerbackache and a headache, itxhy eyes, sore legs, fatigued, need to pee frequantly, any idea of what this could be ?

I would start: With urinary.  My main concern would be inflammation of the prostate.  I would get checked out quickly.  If that process is ruled out and not better than write back.  Can go to er or see urologist or good gp soon, like quick.  Good luck.

i have been having period like cramps for the past month an a half, past two week been peeing a lot and sore breast once in awhile ? any ideas ?

Multiple symptoms: It sounds to some extent like you are asking if you might be pregnant - if you think this, then you should take a test now.  Otherwise, the cramping and sore breasts might just be related to your cycle.  Finally, you need to be checked for a bladder infection - which is also a possibility.

dull ache lower right abdomen for 6 months. bloods all ok. urine all ok. no tenderness, no fever, no jaundice and otherwise well. any ideas?

Hernia?: I found myself wondering as I read your history if you'd been checked for a right inguinal hernia. It could produce that kind of pain, and wouldn't cause lab abnormalities in the blood or urine. It could also be a pulled abdominal muscle but I'd think that would've resolved by now. It's easy for a doc to check for this and might put u on the right track.  Just a thought. Good luck!

noticed brownish discoloration in my sperm. no pain, no aches no issues with urination. looking to do a psa test. any ideas what this could be? is it possible to be a uti?

: No- not UTI. Brownish discoloration can come from irritation/inflammation of the prostate or seminal vesicles. If it persists pl see a Urologist ifclear nothing needs to be done

What does blow up: mean? Is that a bladder going full? Or do you get swelling all over the place or just in that private part? Is the soreness only in the private part? Or inside? Is your urine leak a chronic recurrent problem, or only recently after intercourse? Please explain or elaborate details with your healthcare provider to help him/ her arrive at a diagnosis.

Interstit.  cystitis: Have the urine cultures been positive? Must consider interstitial nephritis (diagnosis made with cystoscopy) or infection with atypical bacteria such as chlamydia or mycoplamsa. Course of tetracytcline might help. Also chronic prostatitis comes to mind. Need prostate massage with cultures and treatment with drug that enters prostate gland (septra/bactrim). Might need life long therapy.

CONSTANT PAIN: SHOULD BE EVALUATED BY PHYSICIAN .  SEE YOU DOCTOR. COULD BE AS SIMPLE AS CONSTIPATION FROM NORCO (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) TO SOMETHING MORE SERIOUS.

Several causes: An urgent urine test with your doctor is required to rule out infection given your pain and coloured urine. Other causes could be due to medications you may be on, foods or dyes in your food. Early diagnosis and treatment is highly recommended.
