As you are pregnant with abnormal urine color and discharge, it would be reasonable to consult your gynecologist and discuss this concern. Breakthrough bleed: Breakthrough bleeding (bleeding at the wrong time)  is very common on birth control. It happens in about 1/3 of users. Its no big deal and usually self corrects over time.  If you are not satisfied or it continues to happen  then consider using a different birth control method. It is a common side effect and does not mean something is wrong or that the pill is not working. Take a test if concerned

Soothe her: She must be quite upset at this stage. Vomiting is so unpleasant. A cool facecloth provides wonders. If it persists she may need to get IV fluids. Most of these illnesses, however resolve. Use fluids and keep her rehydrated.

: some thoughts: New babies with weak/flabby belly muscles often use their breathing/fussing muscles to help move food along or poop. When this occurs the belly hardens &amp; many assume they are in pain when not. If the kid feeds  well &amp; plays some I would not be alarmed. If you really believe the kid is in pain have it evaluated by a doctor.

i have stomach pain that comes and goes its not bad and i get nervous and stressed out really easily i am a very nervous person and when i get like that is usually when my stomach starts hurting. is there something i could do to ease it?

: You may try breathing meditation (sit in a quiet place, breath in deeply, hold your breath as long as possible, breathe out deeply, continue for 20 minutes, lie down for 10 minutes to let stress keep leaving your body; I get headaches when I stand up and rush around immediately after 20 min of breathing meditation). Use 10 minutes of breathing meditation and 5 min lying down if not enough time.
