some thoughts: New babies with weak/flabby belly muscles often use their breathing/fussing muscles to help move food along or poop. When this occurs the belly hardens & many assume they are in pain when not. If the kid feeds well & plays some I would not be alarmed. If you really believe the kid is in pain have it evaluated by a doctor.

Please describe what she is exactly doing to make you think she is in pain. Many babies this age cry, fart and fuss just as normal communication to let you know "hey mom, I'm going to poop" or just to get your attention to let you know they are still there and they live you. Do not get into the habit of thinking all crying is pain. It's how babies communicate until they learn to talk!
