Right track: Stopping smoking was the most important thing you could do.  To be honest you could undergo lung function testing to get a sense of how smoking may have changed your lung mechanics, but unless you are having symptoms there probably isn't anything more that you need to do.  Just stay away from the cigarettes as best as possible, and avoid second hand smoke too.  Don't forget to exercise.

Should pass: Three weeks is enough to clear your system of nicotine and its metabolite cotinine.
Do not smoke at all, even a few times a month is bad for your health.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Not a good sign.: Cannabis can have variable effects of different people - ; you never know what contaminants you are smoking. Possible effects of marijuana:  anxiety, depression, fear, panic , delusions, paranoia, hallucinations, losing touch with reality, inattentiveness, short-term memory problems, disturbances of thought processes. Fatigue, poor concentration, slowed reaction times ; slowed problem solving.
