For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

: Shockwave therapy is very suitable for a kidney stone of that size. It isn't used in pregnant women though. People over 330 lbs or over 6'6" tall are not suitable candidates but there's no age limit that I'm aware of.

Very, very rarely.: In patients with renal failure caused by some large kidney stone a transplant may be performed. During my fellowship, i saw a patient who had a large staghorn calculus (stone) in his solitary kidney that eventually led to renal failure. He eventually received a transplant.

Ask your doc . . .: Seriously, you need to ask your treating physician about what you want to take. Better yet, tell him/her everything you take, both prescription AND over-the-counter medications PLUS dietary supplements. Of note, Nutrilite is a brand, not a specific product, so it's impossible to give you more precise info. Worse, there's no product/ingredient list on their website, so no one can tell much about it
