Need more info: This is a very non-specific finding  and is probably normal. I don't know how it was discovered or on what type of test. I would discuss the result with the ordering provider and discuss it in response to the symptoms.

Stomach pain: Most cases of stomach pain in children are benign - stomach/intestinal spasms, constipation or bloating, etc. There are, of course, more dangerous reasons - appendicitis, mechanical obstruction, etc. Without further history and exam is hard to tell the exact cause of pain.

my almost 6 year old has been complaining of lower stomach pain and reflux symptoms. the pains come back after she has eaten. what could this be?

Different things : In some children lower abdominal pain after eating and reflux symptoms occur with bad constipation however, irritable bowel as well gerd itself (tho normally not lower abdominal pain) could be responsible. Other things also. Please take your child to the pediatrician for an evaluation. It sounds like this is miserable for both of you.

Diet diary: There may be something in his diet that is giving him stomach pain and excess gas. Keep a diet diary and make an appointment with your pediatrician or pediatric gastro --enterologist for evaluation.

Keep a journal: There are a lot of possibilities from a simple food intolerance to something more serious with her GI tract. I recommend you keep a daily symptom journal. Include what your daughter eats, if she has abdominal pain or vomiting and what her stools are like. This may reveal a pattern and will give your doctor more information to figure this out. Weight loss can indicate a bigger problem so watch that.

Possible: In children, abdominal pain with fever can also be a pneumonia, b/c pain is typically referred to the diaphragm.   The appendix initially presents with stomach pain but then moves to the right lower quadrant of the patient.   I do think you need to see your pediatrician to have your child evaluated.  It can be just a stomach bug as well.

Pediatrician: Little children may use pain physically as a means of drawing attention to other issues.  A good pediatrician should be able to work this out.  Make sure you bring the dates and locations of your er visits so they can obtain records.

Exam: She likely has an ear infection which can be associated with respiratory symptoms and abdominal pain. All the best. She may need antibiotics.

May need more: Kids with slow transit constipation often need an enema and or other method to remove more of the fecal mass. I would consult with your doc and see if further evaluation by pedi GI or a developmental pediatrician could help him long term.
