Possible: In children, abdominal pain with fever can also be a pneumonia, b/c pain is typically referred to the diaphragm. The appendix initially presents with stomach pain but then moves to the right lower quadrant of the patient. I do think you need to see your pediatrician to have your child evaluated. It can be just a stomach bug as well.
