Stomach pain: Most cases of stomach pain in children are benign - stomach/intestinal spasms, constipation or bloating, etc. There are, of course, more dangerous reasons - appendicitis, mechanical obstruction, etc. Without further history and exam is hard to tell the exact cause of pain.
