Pregnant: pain ?: If the ultrasound shows a "good heart rate", the pain may be due to the corpus luteum cyst which nourishes the pregnancy with hormones from the ovary for a few more weeks. If the pains is severe, see your healthcare provider for an exam and testing.

Congenital toxo: Congenital toxoplasmosis is an infection by the parasite Toxoplasma gondii which spreads to a developing baby through the placenta.  Symptoms in the baby can include eye damage, hearing loss, seizures and developmental delays (more severe if infection occurs early in pregnancy).  Newborns with it will often have enlarged liver/spleen, and have a rash.  Mothers can be treated with antibiotics.

Probably OK but...: Many women have taken  xanax (alprazolam) during pregnancy & have healthy babies, but it is ideal to minimize your use if possible as it may not be completely safe. This is a great time to explore alternative treatments for panic disorder. I advise magnesium taurate or glycinate & inositol (12 grams a day). No & No: If you're trying to conceive, there is no safe limit for alcohol consumption. In other words, either you enjoy your alcohol & use contraception or you avoid alcohol altogether & skip contraception. And if you decide to get pregnant, start taking prenatal vitamin now. Don't wait until you find out b/c by then, it's too  late. Your baby depends on you for food from moment of conception!

Not advise either: Some obstetricians feel that hydrocodone is relatively safe during pregnancy, but in my opinion, best to avoid if possible.  Would not recommend use of Fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine) in most patients with migraine, especially pregnancy, as it is in the barbiturate family, and has habituation risk.  Have found that breathing 100% oxygen as needed is useful and safe.  As pregnancy proceeds your headaches should lessen.
