Both: You should see a doctor for an evaluation, including a prostate examination and a discussion about getting PSA. A screening colonoscopy is advisable. At a minimum you should have your stool tested for occult blood.

Physical exam: During most teen physicals the doctor will interview the patient both in the presence of the parent and without the parent to screen for things like depression, sleep disorders, school problems, drug use, sexual activity, etc.  The doctor will examine the teen checking all body parts, assessing for scoliosis, fitness, irregular heart beats.  We want to check that all is well.

We talk to the child about maturation, general safety, activity specific safety, avoiding high risk behaviors, school and friends.

If these vaccines have already been given, then no additional vaccines will be needed.  Blood work may be recommended depending when it was done last and physical exam findings if any.
