Well check: A 13 yo physical includes hearing and vision screening, height and weights. It includes ensuring that vaccinations are up to date including TDAP, meningitis, HPV and hepatitis A vaccines. If these vaccines have already been given, then no additional vaccines will be needed. Blood work may be recommended depending when it was done last and physical exam findings if any.
