Huge cyst: 4.8 inches means the cyst is over 12cm. It is unlikely go go away and needs to be removed. It can be done laparoscopically.

Unrelated: As above. Teenage ovarian cysts are very common, and more commonly than not, observation is the best treatment, along with pain control.

Unlikely: Small cysts are not a problem. Birth control

Likely normal : Anything under 2.5 cm (1inch) is technically not even a cyst. It would be considered a normal ovarian follicle.
