Tinnitus: Tinnitus is quite difficult to treat and there is nothing that has been proven to "cure" it. There can be biofeedback treatment success. If you are referring to recovering from frequent travel, then rest and hydration and trying to keep a regular sleep/wake schedule is best!

Check with your doc: Desvenlafaxine has a half life of 11 hours and should be completely washed out after one week.

However, some doc must have given you g and 5-htp. Check with your doc.

i take 25mg atenolol every night. i want to take a supplement called neurocalm that contains b6, b12, magnesium, inositol, taurine, chamomile, gaba, l-theanine, 5-htp, and phosphatidylserine. would there be any interactions?

Supplements are not evaluated by scientific studies or approved by the fda. Almost none have any benefit, and many can cause damage. Yes: Uncertain if you meant gabapentin or gaba supplements. Either is fine.  There is no drug drug interaction. Possibly drowsiness from gaba products.

Xanax (alprazolam): Not sure why u need all the 3 together. Excess sedation is possible.
