Yes with any of them: Why take any of these when you don't know what's in them, don't know why you're taking them or for what reason, don't know how to judge if they help or what the potential side effects can be? Supplements are not evaluated by scientific studies or approved by the fda. Almost none have any benefit, and many can cause damage. Don't get medical advice from friends or the internet -use your doctor.

The problem: The problem may be that you have many supplements here but no one to guide you in their use, their effectiveness, or indications. From the assortment i'm guessing you may have some depression and anxiety, but without a diagnostic assessment i don't know. Why not see a mental health professional? Some psychiatrists understand the clinical indications and limitations of natural supplements.
