: I would talk with your primary care doctor about whether seeing an endocrinologist is worth your time. Your free T4 is normal which means your symptoms are not due to insufficient thyroid hormone. I would consider talking with your PCP to explore the reason for your symptoms. It is often helpful to explore the lifestyle closely  (diet, sleep, stress, movement).

The vast: majority of these types of findings are of little or no concern.  However, the ultrasound appearance is not specific, and you may need an additional test such as CT to confirm it.  Tal to your doctor about th results.

Nonspecific: The kidney measurement is relatively normal and is essentially just given for reference.  The echogenic focus is somewhat nonspecific and could be many things (angiomyolipoma is one that quickly comes to mind). Without seeing the images or knowing if you've had other imaging, it's hard to give much more information.

Not a Stone: Stones or calcifications will block the ultrasound beam and cause a sonic shadow. An echogenic focus produces more echoes and appears brighter than surrounding tissues. Small ones in the liver are typically hemangiomas but they can represent a variety of lesions.

: A "densely echogenic focus" within the ovary may represent a clot or a fibroma.  Ask your gyn provider to obtain another ultrasound , and if the dense focus is still there, a biopsy may be necessary.

Calcification: An echogenic focus in the kidney is usually caused by calcification.  Usually this is a kidney stone, but it is possible this could be calcification in the wall of the blood vessels.
