I would talk with your primary care doctor about whether seeing an endocrinologist is worth your time. Your free T4 is normal which means your symptoms are not due to insufficient thyroid hormone. I would consider talking with your PCP to explore the reason for your symptoms. It is often helpful to explore the lifestyle closely (diet, sleep, stress, movement).
