Nonspecific: The kidney measurement is relatively normal and is essentially just given for reference. The echogenic focus is somewhat nonspecific and could be many things (angiomyolipoma is one that quickly comes to mind). Without seeing the images or knowing if you've had other imaging, it's hard to give much more information.
