Both can work: Believe that coq-10 is more successful, but far more expensive, and you would likely need 300-400 mg twice daily..  Riboflavin a very cheap choice, but here you likely would need, 150-200 mg twice daily.  Not so sure either really "causes" weight loss, but both generally non-toxic and safe, and perhaps, in presence of your medical issues, pretty good choices.  Hope it works out.

Try all then...: All are proven effective but some individuals respond better to some than others so you need to try all to see what works best for you. Since each reduce migraines but seldom stop them entirely best benefit most likely from taking all. If you go months with no migraine can try stopping one at a time to see what's working. Also try Magnesium taurate or citrate 600 mg/day. See comment for doses:

See previous answer: Riboflavin is generally pretty safe. High doses may cause some color change in urine and diarrhea but mostly benign. Ask homeopath about interaction but unlikely to cause any issues.

Dose seems safe: Most of the b vitamins at high levels are well tolerated, but vitamin b-6 at ultra high doses can be toxic to spinal cord and peripheral nerves.  In that case would advice against total intake above 400 mg daily.  Your b-1, b-2, and Niacin all seem well within appropriate ranges.

Worthless: You can, but it's worthless. The only thing that will lose weight is your wallet. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet. Don't put things in your body when you don't have any idea what they are.

: I assume you are a healthy person.  If you're pretty much restricting or eliminating carbohydrates and especially  fats in your diet, significant weight loss would occur so it would be only an indirect effect of your high protein diet.

This is frustrating: This can be frustrating. The most important thing to do is expand how you measure success of your workouts. The other measures of success include how you feel, how your clothes fit, a sense of accomplishment, what friends say, etc. Your weight may be increasing because of increased fluid retention by sore muscles. Keep up the good work, don't get frustrated, and you will see results.
